Manage Regions CashFlowIQ® users in your Regions OnePass account using the steps in each section.
Note: These steps must be completed to add a user, before you can entitle a bank account to the user. Once added, please see the article Entitle or remove bank accounts in OnePass for Regions CashFlowIQ® users to entitle a bank.
Add a bank authorized user
Only the OnePass Administrator role can add a bank authorized user.
- Select the plus sign in the right-hand corner of the Regions OnePass users tab to add a user
- Select the company to which you want the user to be added in the dropdown.
- Note: You'll only see companies to which you have access in the dropdown list.
- Enter the user’s email.
- Enter the user’s first and last name.
- Select Save.
- A Regions Out of Band Authentication (ROOBA) challenge will be triggered. After successful authentication, the new user will be added.
The new user will then receive an email containing their temporary passcode, and all Admin users in the company will receive an email confirming the new user creation.
To create the new user’s entitlements for Regions CashFlowIQ® application, the Admin will need to link the Application Account to the Regions OnePass Profile using the steps in the next section.
Link a Regions CashFlowIQ® Application Account to a Regions OnePass profile
- Navigate to the user’s OnePass Profile.
- Select Add New Company to the right of Application Profiles.

This accommodates third-party users such as accounting firms who need access to the information of multiple Regions’ clients. Also, the Administrator will only be able to view companies to which they have access.
- Select Add Company.
- Select the application which you are adding to the user profile.
- Enter a Profile Name for this entitlement of the account (i.e., jsmith).
- Note: This Profile Name may be referenced if a user is prompted to select from multiple profiles and may be displayed for reporting purposes.
- Select a User Role form the dropdown menu (Administrator, Payer, or Authorized User).
- Select Save.
- Select Add Account Access.
- Select accounts to add then select Submit.
